Institutional infrastructure
Blockchain members are at the core of Fusang Exchange, playing the role of custody and settlement agents for our blockchain based clearing system. A blockchain membership is available to all listing sponsors and trading agents in order to best execute their respective roles.
Type 1 Blockchain Members
Gain entry to Fusang Chain and the institutional settlement network.
Type 2 Trading Agents
Each of our licensed trading agents is responsible for trading security tokens on behalf of third-party clients and/or for their own non-agency accounts. Agents act as the conduit to end-clients benefitting from secondary trading fee generation and spread trades.
Type 3 Listing Sponsors
Listing sponsors are able to develop new business through innovative deal origination via offering tokenised securities as an issuer’s capital raising exercise. Sponsors are also responsible for ensuring an issuer’s equity is tokenised and the listed entity remains in compliance with Exchange rules.
