A Listing Sponsor is responsible for ensuring issuer compliance with the Rules of Exchange, including the submission of a complete and proper listing application to Fusang. The sponsor also acts as the principal communication channel between Fusang and the issuer throughout the application process and beyond.
Applicants to become a Type 3 Listing Sponsor need to prepare both corporate documents and Fusang forms as part of the submission process.
- Certificate of Incorporation, register of members, register of directors, constitutional documents, group structure chart, compliance manual, relevant financial services licences, business plan, audited financial statements, and proof of sophisticated investor status.
- Fusang Member's Application Form, KYC checklist, source of wealth and funds declaration, board resolution, letter of authorisation, and trust declaration from the trustee where applicable.
